• Who We Are

    Intervarsity Christian Fellowship is a diverse group of students who just want to live like Jesus did. We want to live for the higher purpose - service to others, and to God. We are diverse in that we have students that are broken, confused, and the lost.


    We believe that we are all less than perfect. We all fall short of the glory of God. And while that is true, there is hope in a God that is so full of this different kind of love that He welcomes you with open arms, no matter how bad we have messed up and strayed. That's where the true love begins! The sacrifice, at the Cross.

School and IV are Back in Full Swing!

Hey everyone and welcome/welcome back to Stony Brook. Hopefully everyone had an easy time moving in. We are jumping right into things this year, and we are having our first Large Group meeting this Thursday at 8:30 PM. Please note that our room has changed for this year, and we are in SAC 306.

There is also a Welcome Party this Friday at 7:00 PM in SAC Ballroom B. Be sure to be there, there will be food, worship and some games.

Hope to see all of you come out and good luck with your first week of classes!

There is no LG on 7/8/10 because of finals, good luck to everyone who has tests.

Baby LG 6/24/10

16 people showed up last week for our Baby Large Group, how fast it's growing =]. Let's see if we can get to 20 people this week! We're meeting once again at 5 PM, except this time we're going to be meeting at the SAC lobby and then moving to our meeting location. We should have a room this week and perhaps some food this week. Summer Meeting

Large Group again this Thursday, meet at the Staller Steps at 5 PM. If rain, we will meet inside at the Traditions Lounge in the SAC. First Summer Meeting

We had our first meeting today on the Staller Steps. Praise God for the 9 people that came out today for a time of sharing and prayer. Also praise God for the awesome weather when we were outside. Check out the Pictures!
